All files submitted for printing are considered final. However we have learned over our years of printing that even the most thorough of proofing processes can leave small mistakes or miscalculations. Hence we want to give you a final chance to catch these mistakes and avoid costly re-prints, missed deadlines, or handouts of faulty material.

Each postcard is put on a proof sheet and converted to a PDF document. This document is then emailed to each client for final approval. We prefer emailing our proofs as this is a faster process, however if you cannot be reached using this method or do not have access to an email address we can also fax the document.
